My love for Sales

My first job was in a call center where I had to sell (push) as many newspaper subscriptions as possible…that was 20 years ago and unfortunately, that kind of selling still exists.

I started Sales Scaleur to change the way we look at sales. Most people do not like sales or think they don’t have what it takes to sell. My goal is to support companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals showing that sales do not have to be pushy and that we can sell our products and service in a more modern way in our own way.

Working over 25 years in sales, I have (as eager as I am) learned sales from my colleagues, my mentors, books, articles, and from experience. Once I found my way of selling, I fell in love with sales and enjoy teaching others in my job. Sales is like art for me, an art that can be taught. Sales Scaleur was born because I believed that there is a better way of selling, one that does not have to be pushy or icky. A way of selling that is personal and more of a Story Selling. 

From callcentre to Vice President Sales Europe, Middle East & Asia, and everything in between. I have sold newspapers, financial products, Food & Beverage products, advertisements and data/software products. As Vice President Sales I have increased Sales from 3M to 9.8M in recurring revenue in just 3 years, growing the company from start up to exit. I taught my team how they could improve their sales conversation and how they could reach their target every year and decided after years of owning Sales Scaleur to fully commit to teach others how to sell in their own way.

And so the first & only Online Sales School has been born!
